Easy stencil printer with stencil tense, double sided

The FP2636 Hand-Held Metal Stencil Printer for Frameless Stencils is an easy way to accurately apply paste to your PCBs every time.

Proper paste application is often overlooked as a critical step in the SMD process. Without careful control of solder paste placement and thickness, the results of reflow soldering can be amateurish at best, non-functional at worst.

Operating the printer is simple. First, load a frameless stencil (available very cheaply from most PCB manufacturers) into the printer. Then place the circuit board on the included locator jigs. Use the Vernier Caliper to move the PCB jig until the solder pads line up perfectly with the holes. Finally, press the paste through the holes of the stencil with a spatula (included in the package). that is all. The board is now ready for pick and place operations.
